Project Overview

The Generation 4:16 Movement is a discipleship and empowerment initiative dedicated to raising young leaders rooted in Christ’s truth. Inspired by 1 Timothy 4:16, this movement equips youth with spiritual depth, leadership skills, and modern education, preparing them to influence church, business, governance, and social impact. Through mentorship, skill development, and faith-based leadership training, Generation 4:16 empowers young believers to live out their calling with boldness and integrity in every sphere of life.

Target

The movement aims to mentor and disciple thousands of young believers, develop Christ-centered leaders in various industries, and establish a network of empowered youth who influence their communities with faith, wisdom, and excellence.

Activities

Key programs include Youth Discipleship & Leadership Training for spiritual and character development, Kingdom Career & Business Coaching to equip young believers with financial and entrepreneurial skills, Mission & Outreach Programs to engage in social transformation, and Creative & Digital Evangelism Initiatives to spread the gospel through media.

Resources Needed

We require mentors, financial support, training materials, digital tools, leadership coaches, and outreach funding to provide impactful training, scholarships, and resources for youth development.
